Healthy Aging with Dr. Sanober Doctor: Eating Dark Chocolate Could Reduce Your Risk of...

Dear Reader

It is believed that EMFs are the biggest environmental toxins today. They’re circulating everywhere, all the time, in high amounts.

The main cause of concern is that EMFs can cause Inflammation within the body

EMF waves do not pass through the body. They get stuck in cells, causing inflammation.

A recent experiment demonstrated how blood cells exposed to wifi, clot and stack into coin rolls, called rouleaux formations:

The movement of blood, delivery of nutrition, and removal of toxins are all impeded by these formations.

Over 80,000 studies are exploring how EMFs are harmful to the body. If you open your cellphone manual it will say do not keep your phone within one inch of your body.

So What can you do to Protect Yourself Against EMFs?

  • Keep devices away from your body.
  • Turn your wifi off at night.
  • Keep your phone in your bag, or back pocket if you have to.
  • Go on a walk or jog without your phone.

But, I'm going to be honest, I need my cell phone most of the time and hence I found investing in these cell phone covers and EMF protectant headphones was worth it.

🧠 Fun Fact for this Week!

Why did the first man in space need to borrow a horse when he returned?

The first person in space, Yuri Gagarin, returned to Earth hundreds of miles off course, landing in a potato field. A woman and her granddaughter were planting when he landed and thought he was a spy or an alien. After convincing them he was a fellow Russian, he borrowed a horse to ride to the nearest telephone.

Now, who knew that? 🤓
